SkySong’s Class A office spaces are scalable for any business, at any stage from startup to rapid expansion.

The entire mixed-use community is entitled for up to 1.2 million square feet and is quickly approaching over 750,000 square feet of developed space.

SkySong Buildings 1 through 4 are at near capacity while the newest building 5 is over 70% leased. Building 6 is currently under development with presales, and with completion, will take the SkySong overall developed space to over 1 million square feet.

Sustainability is interwoven throughout SkySong buildings as all office buildings are LEED Certified, with consideration given from initial site planning efforts throughout the selection of materials, systems and construction practices. In addition, SkySong has received an Award of Merit from Valley Forward for its green building standards and Energy Star Certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

All Innovation Zones at ASU reflect strategic public/private partnerships, an essential part of each program’s success. In 2005, the ASU Foundation partnered with the City of Scottsdale to redevelop a prime location within Scottsdale where students, small businesses, start-ups, and big idea technology companies could all collaborate. SkySong’s ultimate success would be measured in strengthening Scottsdale’s economy, lifting surrounding area growth and diversity and supporting the quickly budding technologies and industries of tomorrow.

As one of Arizona’s oldest nonprofits, ASU Foundation is a private, nonprofit organization that raises and invests private contributions to Arizona State University; Scottsdale is one of the state’s leading job centers, with a diverse economy built on medical research, high-tech innovation, tourism and corporate headquarters. Scottsdale is home to nearly 18,000 businesses supplying over 150,000 jobs. The City of Scottsdale serves as the SkySong landowner; the City’s support of the project’s vision and focus on innovation has been key in making SkySong successful and an attractive destination for companies from around the world.
